We keep contact deliberately simple. The two fastest ways to reach us are email and the booking form on the home page; both land at the same desk in the same room. If you would rather see the place first, the door at 400 George Street is open through the hours below.

We sit in the middle of Sydney on George Street — close to the CBD's train and light-rail stops and an easy walk from Town Hall. There is no car park attached; street and public parking nearby suit a longer session. Come to the desk when you arrive and we will walk you to your seat.

What to expect when you write
Email and form messages both reach the same small team. We read them between shifts and reply from the desk, so a booking sent in the evening is usually confirmed the same night or the next morning. There is no ticket queue, no automated bot, and no phone tree — just a person who plays here reading your note. If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will move it to the front.
