Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain terms, what FRAMEDOCK GAME CLUB does with the details you share when you book a seat or email us. We keep it short because we keep the data short.

The short version

FRAMEDOCK GAME CLUB sells time on a gaming station in Sydney. We are not an ad network, a data broker or a social platform, and this site is built to match that. It sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics suite and loads no advertising scripts. The only personal information we ever hold is what you type into the booking form or send us by email, and we keep it just long enough to do the one job you asked us to do: hold your seat. Everything below is the longer explanation of that promise.

What we collect

When you use the booking form we record the name and email address you type, the date you want, and the room and time block you choose. That is the entire list. We do not ask for a payment card, a home address, a date of birth or a phone number anywhere on this site — you settle for your time in person at the desk. If you email us directly, we naturally receive whatever you choose to put in that message and your email address, and nothing more.

Information we do not gather

We do not build a profile of you, track you across other websites, or feed your details into advertising or scoring systems. There is no hidden pixel, no session recorder and no "people who booked this also booked" machine humming in the background. We do not attempt to identify you when you simply browse the pages without booking.

Why we hold it

We use the few details you give us for a short, plain list of reasons: to hold your station for the block you picked, to send you a booking confirmation, to reach you by email if a plan has to change on our side, and to sort out a refund or a prepaid pass if one of those comes up. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with third parties for their own marketing, ever.

How long we keep it

Booking records are cleared on a rolling basis once your visit has passed and any refund window has closed. Email threads are kept only as long as they are useful for answering you or settling a booking, then removed in the ordinary course. You can ask us at any time to delete your details sooner, and unless a specific record has to stay for a genuine reason such as an unresolved refund, we will.

Where your details live

Booking and email information is handled by the small team that runs the desk, using the ordinary email and booking tools needed to reply to you and hold seats. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure and limit who can see it to the people running the floor. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise the impossible — but because we collect so little and keep it so briefly, there is very little about you for anything to go wrong with.

Cookies and web fonts

The site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics. The only outside resource the pages request is the web font used for headings, served by Google Fonts, so the page renders as designed. Your browser may keep small technical items to display a page; none of them identify you to us. Our full Cookie Policy spells this out in detail.

Children

FRAMEDOCK is a general-audience venue, and the booking form is meant for the person making the booking. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. If you believe a child has sent us details, email the desk and we will remove them.

Your rights under Australian law

FRAMEDOCK GAME CLUB operates in Australia, so your personal information is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You may ask to access the personal information we hold about you and to have it corrected if it is wrong. If you believe we have mishandled it, you can raise it with us first and then, if you are not satisfied, complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will reply from the desk.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle details changes — say we add a new booking tool — we will update this page so it stays accurate. The version you are reading is the one that applies to bookings made today. When a detail here matters to you, email the desk and we will confirm the current position in plain words.
