Terms of Use

These are the plain-language terms for using FRAMEDOCK GAME CLUB and this website. Book a seat and you agree to them.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to your visit to FRAMEDOCK GAME CLUB at 400 George Street, Sydney. When you send a booking, drop in to play, or otherwise use the club, you agree to what is set out here. We have written it in plain language on purpose — if any part is unclear, email the desk and we will explain it before you book.

Booking a seat

A booking holds a specific station for the block you chose. It is confirmed once we reply to your email or booking form, not at the moment you press send — so please wait for our confirmation before treating a seat as yours. Please arrive within fifteen minutes of your slot; after that we may release the station to the next player waiting so a held seat does not sit empty. You settle for your time in person at the desk when you arrive.

Time blocks and rates

What you buy is time: an hour, a four-hour block, a weekend overnight, or a prepaid bundle of hours. Every station runs the same fast build, so a booking is about the room and the block, never a machine tier. The rates shown on the home page are current at the time of writing; if a figure matters to your plan, confirm it with the desk before you come, because prices and hours can change between visits.

Payment

Time is paid at the desk when you arrive or when you buy a prepaid bundle. We do not take card details through this website — the booking form only holds your seat. If you do not turn up for a confirmed booking without cancelling in time, our Refund Policy explains when a fee is kept and when time can be moved instead.

House rules

Keep the volume friendly to the room, food stays at the counter, drinks come in lidded cups, and you leave the station the way you found it. Treat the crew and other players decently. Staff may ask anyone breaking the rules — or making the room unsafe or unpleasant — to leave, and in that case time already used is not refunded. Leaderboards and match nights are scored on points and time only; bragging rights are the whole prize, and there is nothing to wager or win but the run itself.

Age and conduct

FRAMEDOCK is a general-audience venue. You are responsible for choosing games appropriate to your own age and for your own behaviour on the floor. We may set a minimum age or supervision requirement for certain nights; ask the desk if you are booking for a younger player or a group.

The website

We keep the rates, hours, room descriptions and specs on this site current and update them when the floor changes, but details can be out of date between visits and the site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. You may not use the site to break the law, to disrupt the booking system, or to copy its content for another business.

Your account and belongings

You look after your own game accounts, logins and belongings while you are here. Log out of anything personal before you leave a station. We are not responsible for what happens inside your own game accounts or for items left unattended at a seat — see the Disclaimer for how liability is handled.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the club changes. The version on this page is the one that applies to bookings made today. Continuing to book or visit after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email [email protected] and we will answer from the desk.
